Policies & Procedures

Below you will find our company policies and procedures that we strictly adhere to for the safety of our staff and our wonderful clients, such as yourself!

1. It is presumed that the house will be picked up in order to facilitate the best possible cleaning!
2. For our staff's safety we do not climb higher than a 2-foot ladder; items higher than this will be cleaned with an extension duster.
3. For our staff's safety we do not move furniture; but will do our best to reach visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. 
4. For our staff's safety; we do not pick up animal feces or urine. In the event staff come in contact with one or both, we will bring this to your attention.
5. Please store any firearms securely before each service.
6. Please allow some time for dust resettlement after our service- we do our best to limit the dust in the air, but cannot completely eliminate it.
7. In order to minimize rearrangement of your items, if any surface has more than 6 items on it, then only a swiffer duster will be used to dust those items & surfaces.
