FAQs

1. What day and time will you show up to clean?

We clean Monday-Friday, and Saturdays are by request only. We do our best to accommodate your schedule!

2. Do you pay for referrals if I refer a friend or family?

If you are an on-going client:

  • If you refer a friend or family, and they complete a one-time cleaning with us, you will receive a $25.00 credit to use for a future cleaning!

  • If you refer a family or friend and they become an ongoing client of our's, you will receive a FREE cleaning after they complete their 4th cleaning!​

If you are a one-time client:​

  • If you refer a friend or family, and they complete a cleaning with us, you will receive a $25.00 credit to use for a future cleaning!

3. Do you accept credit cards:​

Unfortunately, at the moment, our forms of payment are Cash, Check, and Venmo cash app! We are looking to expand our methods of payment.

4. Do I have to sign a contract?

Absolutely NOT. We do not want you to be unhappy for any reason! You can cancel your service at anytime by calling 817-770-2474!

5. When do I pay for the service? Payment is expected at time of service. You can leave cash or check for the cleaning professional, or we can charge your credit card same day.

6. What if I am not satisfied?

Our work is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, contact our office within 24 hours of cleaning & we'll fix the issue!

7. What about Fido & Fluffy?

Animals are NOT a problem for us, unless we are a problem for them! We can bring treats for the animal (upon permission of the client). Our work orders are detailed and will give the cleaning professional tips on how you would like us to handle your pet. 

8. Do I have to be home during the service?

No. Most clients give us a key and their alarm code. Some clients prefer to leave and come back to a clean and relaxing home!

9. Who supplies the cleaning supplies and equipment?

We bring all the necessary products & equipment. If you have something you prefer us to us, just let us know! We want to make your cleaning the best one yet!

10. What if I have to skip or cancel my service?

Not a problem. Service reliability is of utmost important to us! If you should ever need to skip, reschedule, or cancel your appointment we do require 24 hour business day notice, otherwise there will be a $50 cancellation fee.

11. What if I need some extra tasks or services?

We've got you covered! Just call us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and we will gladly give you a quote for the additional tasks. If a cleaner is already at your home/office and you need additional tasks performed, please contact the office beforehand so we may add the new services to your account.

12. Do I have to tip your cleaning professionals?

If our cleaning professionals are doing a good job, definitely let them know! Tips are not expected, but definitely appreciated!
